Preventive Maintenance Agreement

With energy bills always on the rise, it is now time to get regular routine maintenance performed to optimized your system for peak performance, economy, and comfort.

Our technicians have over years of combined experience, and can work on any type of unit.

We offer service 24 hrs a day, 7 days a week by certified, highly skilled courteous, professionals

 

 

Our Preventive Maintenance Agreement is designed to keep your heating and A/C system at peak performance. We will perform this service 2 times a year, once in the spring, and then again in the fall.  You will benefit from this with reduced energy bills, as well as receive discounts on any repair needed at time of service. Priority 24 hr. service will be given in case there is an emergency 

 

Routine maintenance includes

1. Lubricate bearings and motors

2. Check thermostat operation

3. Check air filters, change for free if necessary

4.Ensure that controls are operating properly

5. Check belts where applicable

6. Check electrical connections

7. Check burner operation

8. Check heat exchanger

9. Check refrigerant operating pressures

10. Check condenser drains

11.Check voltage/amperage draws

12.Clean condenser coils

 

All will be performed for an introductory price of $99.00 per year, with a price of $49.00 for each additional unit at same location.
